Pretty good service , I havent set up my house phone yet because I havent received my internet service but I get all the calls to my cell phone and they sound great. Thumbs up Im happy

Very satisfied with Vonage Service

Love this app, I cant work without it. I am a power user of this app. Two suggestions for Vonage 1. Can you add favourites tab, although recent calls serves this purpose I would love to have a permanent favourites list 2. When a phone call comes through Vonage call goes into auto hold, this is very inconvenient when on an important call. If theres a way for phone calls to be on hold it would be great.

Ive had Vonage for years now and some of their software and website content can be frustrating. This wifi phone works great most of the time though. Ive been all over the globe in the last couple of years and with a decent wifi signal its like being in my office or house at home talking to people from thousands of miles away

This app worked great for a while and today I get this error "Vonage cannot place this call while your current mobile call in progress." I called Vonage great customer service and I was told that uninstall and reinstall Vonage extension app. So far so good let see what happens next.

5 stars for sure - for international travel nothing beats it

Been using this for a few weeks and find it to be good quality, easy to use & useful. This saved me from needing to buy a speaker phone for home. We live in a cell dead zone, but this allows me to use my mobile phone.

The call is easily attached to my iPhone or my vontage phone. Once, I forgot to get my vontage phone before going to bed. Then I remembered I could use my iPhone since it was connected to one line and also on my night stand because I was already in bed. The call was clear and I could use my iPhone since it is hooked to my vontage line. So,it is easy to take a international call on my iPhone.

Time differences overcome - quick calls are possible when away from home

I use it a lot and its amazing. Its a portable vonage inside your phone.

What a nightmare using this upgraded version 2.8.8. Does not connect over wifi or data. Stay at connecting till you or phone dies. Some times if connected by mistake, you or other party can not hear you. Such a poor development team and QA team these guyz have. They even can not provide you the previous version on requesting. They say, "Sorry it is not available". They do not have storage to back up their own code it seems. I am returning the device. Lets see if they refund or they say "Sorry it is not available".

Very tricky company. Always advertises the $ 9.99 plan for six months. I signed up for that during Christmas with a promo of $100 gift card. Never received gift card. When I followed up towards the end of my contract in December, customer service told it was mailed to CT address. However, I live in Arizona. They offered me to resend a Walmart egift card and they sent it to my email on Dec 12th evening. I tried to use the card in Walmart after a week and came to know that card has 0 balance. I called Walmart customer care and they told me that the egift card was redeemed the very next day Dec 13 in Texas. Walmart told me to contact Vonage. I contacted Vonage, forget about reissuing the card they declined my request to be escalated to the marketing team. Vonage marketing team needs to look into this issue as the same thing should not happen to other customers. It is sensitive as how my egift card was stolen immediately and used. This is purely a scam.

The app is a great app once you understand its limitations. For instance, it does not switch gracefully from wifi to data during a call if you lose wifi or it becomes weak. Otherwise, everything else works great!

This is a great way to call home in the US from anywhere that has Wi-fi. Make sure your cellular data is turned off. I use the app on my cell phone more than I call out on my landline. I never stay in one place long, so it is convenient. I just have to make very sure that when I call overseas I am on the app and not on my cell phone; that would be bad. We have two cells on Extensions and sometimes the ring will come across on just one phone. They both light up so we usually answer in time. Vonage actually determined I might be paying for more plan than I need; I havent downgraded and I did appreciate their honesty. Ill re-evaluate that later. I like to have the voice transcriptions coming through my e-mail. You need some work with Aussie accents, but I have gotten a few hilarious transcriptions and it was worth a good laugh or two. I have had an increased number of solicitations on my Vonage line and I hope they are not selling my name, especially since the number is unlisted.

App works well for me both domestically as well as internationally. No issues at all, so 5-stars.

Sometimes need to redial several times to connect. Overall good value for the fee hope they dont raise it.

Love answering my home phone from anywhere. Love that!

Love the wifi calling, call blocking capability.

Please update the apps that would allow us iOS to use the ID finger print instead of manually typing the password to view the home setting on this apps. Pls update and make sense using this apps!!
