Cant do without this app!

Love this app, I cant work without it. I am a power user of this app.
Two suggestions for Vonage
1. Can you add favourites tab, although recent calls serves this purpose I would love to have a permanent favourites list
2. When a phone call comes through Vonage call goes into auto hold, this is very inconvenient when on an important call. If theres a way for phone calls to be on hold it would be great.
