Not a Trustworthy Company

Very tricky company. Always advertises the $ 9.99 plan for six months. I signed up for that during Christmas with a promo of $100 gift card. Never received gift card. When I followed up towards the end of my contract in December, customer service told it was mailed to CT address. However, I live in Arizona. They offered me to resend a Walmart egift card and they sent it to my email on Dec 12th evening. I tried to use the card in Walmart after a week and came to know that card has 0 balance. I called Walmart customer care and they told me that the egift card was redeemed the very next day Dec 13 in Texas. Walmart told me to contact Vonage. I contacted Vonage, forget about reissuing the card they declined my request to be escalated to the marketing team. Vonage marketing team needs to look into this issue as the same thing should not happen to other customers. It is sensitive as how my egift card was stolen immediately and used. This is purely a scam.
