Vonage works great for me. The extensions app is very convenient!

This app has solved all my anxiety of calling my home while I was in a different country.

When using this app in my car using bluetooth, the app doesn’t respond to hang up’ (note that using the regular phone or whatsapp works fine, so I know it’s not my car bluetooth controls...). Since the app still keeps the connection open, it forces me to tap onto the phone screen to hang up the call. Last month I got distracted trying to log back onto the phone to disconnect the call while driving and I almost ended up at the hospital…. I reported the bug to Vonage over a month ago and have yet to see any update from them…

I have a good experience, Excellent use of my Vonage service, especially knowing calls when cannot pick, very useful when traveling

Stopped working on iPhone (iOS 9.x) after 2 years of no problems. Getting Call Failed all the time. App is useless!!

Earlier would face issues when calling using wifi only. Great improvement so far in the quality of wifi calls

Used this in multiple foreign countries very successfully. Does what it does well, with no hassle or problems.

Vintage customer service helped to set it up and it has been about 9 months working flawlessly. Nice to be away from home and make phone calls anywhere in the world without paying for roaming and long distance charges. Now need to try it abroad.

I had been using Vonage for a long time- great service! I did not have a smart phone. To use Vonage from cell phone, I had to call a pre-assigned number, enter a PIN and dial the number. Now with this app, dialing is a breeze - specially international!

I love this app. It has came in handy on so many levels. I especially like how I can see who is calling when Im not at home. I use it with other cell phones to forward calls when one of us is out of the country so we dont miss any important calls.
